Company  “PEPINA M” Ltd. is the owner of web site www.pepinashop.com, representing online store; (“The Site”);
“User” is anyone who has visited PEPINASHOP.COM website on his computer;“
Good / Goods” are the products offered through the Site for purchase;
“Order” is the request to purchase the selected Goods / Goods under the conditions provided in the website on the method of delivery and payment on behalf of the User;
“Service” means all actions performed by the TRADER on and / or in connection with offering, sale and delivery of goods from the Site.

Subject of General Conditions

Terms and conditions of contracts for sale at distance within the meaning of the Law on consumer protection between „PEPINA M” Ltd. on the one hand, called for brevity TRADER, and the other - the person consenting to these Terms, called for brevity USER in connection with the ordering and purchase of goods offered by the website of the online store PEPINASHOP.COM
 

Goods subject of sale

Subject of sale are all the goods offered on the Site at the time of submission of the request for purchase by User. The Catalogue Part of PEPINASHOP.COM is accessible for consideration by everyone. Registration in the site allows the Trader on the one hand to receive reliable information for users who want to order, on the other hand, gives users access to specific services (for example list of recipients, order history, etc.)

The goods subject to sale via the website are listed by type and quality in it. The Trader is not responsible for possible differences in the colors of the purchased goods due to the specifics of the computer screen. The announsment for purchasing Goods / Goods is considered consent by the User on the type and quality of the good / goods.

According to the Law on Consumer Protection (LCP) of Bulgarian legislation goods received by the customer due to the substance of trade on the Internet, can be returned within 14 days after purchase, without explicit reasons for this, as long as the condition of the goods is the same as they have been delivered from the store to the customer (including packaging intact).

Goods are subject to a claim, in case they do not meet the quality requirements set out in the Site.
Returns on purchased and delivered goods can be made within 14 days from the date of delivery.
Refund for the purchased product is carried out after accepting the shipment from THE DEALER, after noting its entirety!

All the names and symbols of the products, published on this site, are trademarks and they are copyrighted, as they are owned by their respective owners.
All prices on the site are in Euro, VAT included.

Rights and obligations of the User

The User has the right to examine, order and receive goods from the website in the terms and conditions specified therein.
The User has the right to know the status of his order.
The User has the right to recieve the ordered good / goods to the shipping address, after confirmation by phone or e-mail done by an operator of PEPINASHOP.COM.

The User is obliged to pay the price of his order as announced in the site.
Each user has the right to cancel the ordered goods within 14 working days of receipt of them if they are not used except for sample (functionality of the product, matching size),if it's not damaged the integrity of their packaging and commercial appearance (all labels, stickers, etc. must be on the good),as they've been received and the conditions under Article 55 of the CPA of Bulgarian legislation.

Rights and obligations of the Trader

PEPINASHOP.COM has the right at any time, without notifying the User, when he uses the Services in violation of these conditions, also at the discretion PEPINASHOP.COM, to terminate, suspend or modify the Services. PEPINASHOP.COM  is not liable to users or third parts for damages and lost profits incurred due to termination, suspension, modification or limitation of services, deletion, modification, loss, inaccuracy or incompleteness of messages, materials or information transmitted used, recorded or made available by PEPINASHOP.COM.

PEPINASHOP.COM is not liable for damages caused to the software, hardware or telecommunication equipment or loss of data arising from materials or resources searched, loaded or used in any way by the given Services. Any advice, consultation or assistance rendered by experts and officials of PEPINASHOP.COM in connection with the use of Services by Users shall not give rise to any liability or responsibility for PEPINASHOP.COM

PEPINASHOP.COM has the right to send weekly newsletters to the Users of the site. This letter contains within itself promotions of the day, new products and news PEPINASHOP.COM doesn't have the right to send this letter to Users who categorically stated that they do not wish to receive it.

PEPINASHOP.COM may collect and use information about its Users in order to improve the services offered. All purposes for which   PEPINASHOP.COM will use the information will be tailored to the Bulgarian legislation.

PEPINASHOP.COM   guarantees its Users the confidentiality of information and personal data. They will be used, provided or brought to the attention of third parties outside the cases and under the conditions set out in these Terms and Conditions.

Rights and obligations under the Law on Consumer Protection of Bulgarian legislation

According to the CPA, we PEPINASHOP.COM, are bound to provide you free the following information:
1. Our name and address - – „PEPINA M” Ltd.,Bulgaria, Sofia, Slaveikov 9  
2. The main characteristics of the goods are displayed in detailed page for each product
3. The price of the goods is given VAT INCL. on presentation of the product.
4. The transport costs for shipping, which are NOT INCLUDED in the price of goods you can see in the section Payment and Delivery.
5 We do not impose any additional value in the use of presented tools for communication with us.
6. Methods of delivery are detailed in Payment and Delivery.
7. Payment of the goods is consistent with Article 93 Paragraph 1 of the Law on Obligations and Contracts Act (OCA) of Bulgarian legislation, which is obtained a respective document.
Alteration of Terms and Conditions
The General conditions can be modified at any time by PEPINASHOP.COM, as the same shall notify the User about the changes to the Terms and Conditions as published on the Site a message about changes and give time to learn about them. In this period if the User does not state that rejects the changes will be deemed bound by them. If the user states in time, he did not agree with the changes,  PEPINASHOP.COM has the right to suspend immediately or terminate the provision of Services to the User, as the obligations arising to that moment are enforceable.
